The wait is over! You can now answer the question as to who you will be sharing a flat with at ThriveFest this year. Please see below the room sharing spreadsheet that contains everyone who is staying in an en-suite room at The University of Northampton at this year's ThriveFest 😁.

The document contains the building name you are staying in (there is only two buildings we are using), your flat which is a letter and your room within that flat which is a number.

Name in a red box on the spreadsheet? You are a "Designated Person".

If your name is in a red box then you are the "designated person" for that flat. That sounds really formal, but all you have to do it collect everyone's keys from a table at ThriveFest, when you receive a WhatsApp message asking you to come and collect them on the morning of ThriveFest. You then just need to put a message in the Flat Sharing WhatsApp group you'll all be in to say you have them, and to arrange a location point and time for people to grab their key from you. After that, your duties are done. Designated persons will also be added into a second WhatsApp group for all the designated persons to make it easier to communicate with event staff if you have any issues.

I'm not yet in a WhatsApp group on my phone.

We will be adding everyone into their correct WhatsApp groups throughout today (Friday 1st September), so don't panic if you are asked to join a "JC Flat B" (or similar) group, that is the initials of the building and your flat you are staying in. You're number of your room can then be found in the attached document. Maybe pop this into the chat within the group so you don't forget which room is your on the day.

Campers at ThriveFest.

If you are camping at ThriveFest, you will also be added into a "Camping" WhatsApp group incase you want to chat to your neighbours before the big day 😁.
