The People Experience team have some significant changes ahead, that we'd like to share with you.

Firstly, our wonderful Head Of People, Rosie, is going off on Maternity leave! Rosie will be off from October 4th resting and getting ready to welcome their little one into the world. On behalf of all the entire tribe, thank you for all you've done in creating the culture we all know and love at Thrive Tribe! You're always so happy and smiley, and willing to help and support anyone that needs it! 

We can't wait to see some pictures of your new family and know that we're all sending our very best wishes to you while you're off!

Secondly, we are delighted to welcome Cassie to the People Experience team, as our newly appointed People Experience Coordinator. Cassie leaves the central Business Support team where she has been instrumental in supporting with client relations and experiences of those on the NDPP. Cassie joins the team from October 1st, and will be the main person coordinating access to training platforms, issuing contracts and DBS applications - amongst many other responsibilities. We are super excited to welcome you to the People Experience team and can't wait to hear more about your surfing stories!

Finally, our People Experience Lead Trev, will be stepping into the vacancy Rosie leaves and will become our new Head of People & Internal Communications as of October 4th. Trev will be the first point of call for all things recruitment, onboarding & off-boarding, people-relations & support, HR systems access. He will remain the point of contact for all things internal communications related, so please continue to send over anything you wish to be shared with the team, or any fantastic ideas you may have.
