Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and help a person who may be experiencing mental health challenges. You will learn how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.
MHFA is part of everyone's role essential training and I am pleased to sharewith you all the courses we have planned for the year ahead.
Rosie F will be delivering our first course of the year in March (see Totem fordates, times and booking link). This course will be delivered online over four mornings. Pleaseensure when you sign up to any of these courses that you can attend all four dates for thefull duration.
Dan Ford will be delivering a face to face course in OYES in the Spring /Summer. Dan will be in touch with everyone at OYES in the near future withfurther information. This course will be for OYES staff first and so will notbe advertised in the Totem calendar. If spaces become available I will leteveryone know via Totem.
In October and November, Cat and Shannon from Thriving Workplaces will be delivering a further two online courses. One will be in the morning and the second will be delivered in the afternoon. These courses will be added to the Totem calendar very shortly.

Really excited to be at this! Why not come along with your friends and family and make some memories while supporting such an incredible charity in the process. It will be a great laugh!!!
