Flu and COVID message to clients

We really care about our service users and our people so to protect us all we are asking you to communicate the following message to all clients who will have a face-to-face appointment or group this winter.
The message is;
If clients have COVID or flu symptoms we kindly ask that they wear a mask for the duration of their visit, or if their appointment falls within the first 5 days of the symptoms to reschedule where possible.
We have created some templates for you to use, which you can access on the link below.
Please note:
- Client can be informed via email, text or phone.
- The support team will inform new clients, but please inform your existing clients attending groups or follow up appointments.
- You don’t need to ask clients if they have any symptoms on arrival to the f2f clinic or groups.
- A reminder of the covid/flu symptoms are a high temperature, a new and continuous cough and a loss or change to sense of smell or taste.
