World Mental Health Day

This Sunday 10th October is World Mental Health Day and this year's theme is Mental Health in an Unequal World - Mental health care for all: let's make it a reality.
Here at Thrive Tribe we very much subscribe to this way of thinking and if you're struggling with your mental health, we can offer support in a variety of ways, so you should find something to suit you:
Silvercloud - This is our online cognitive behavioural platform and all our employees have access to this and can make use of it at a time to suit them. If you'd like to give it a try, the link is here on Totem under 'rescources/take me to'.
Sanctus - if you prefer to speak to someone rather than use an online platform you can book a session with one of our dedicated qualified coaches from Sanctus. Again, the link can be found under 'rescources/take me to'.
Flexible working - We understand the difference a walk in the fresh air, for example, can make to our mental health. This is why we introduced our flexible working principles. If you'd like more information on how you can make the best out of your working week, please speak to your line manager.
Wellbeing Action Plans - During your check-ins with your line manager, you are encouraged to discuss any elements of your work or home life that may negatively affect your mental health. Together you can then create a wellbeing action plan to help you stay mentally well.
Training & Education - You may find that you'd benefit more from training in the area of understanding our mental health. We are rolling our Mental Health First Aid training and Emotional Resilience training to all of our employee. Keep an eye on Totem for upcoming dates.
