On Wednesday 28th February some of the team from London attended a Without Shape, Without Form wellbeing event in South Kensington. Madhu,Β Erin and Julie had a wonderful time exploring self-reflection, alternative thinking and learning Sikh (self-discovery) techniques, using creativity and art as a medium.

The Travelling arts-based workshop was in London with their Without Shape, Without Form wellbeing event, but also included access to their arts exhibition too.
