Walking Challenge Complete

Well done to everyone who managed to record a walk every day in May in our Thrive Tribe Club on Strava (You can join the club here).
I was overwhelmed not only by the number of people who took part, but also the positive feedback I received on how the walking had made a difference to their emotional wellbeing.
I’d love to hear how you found it in the comments below.
So, as promised, one lucky person who completed the challenge will be selected at random to receive a £50 gift card of their choice! We’ll be selecting the inner at random on our webinar on 16June,but in the running are:

If your name is not on the list, but you took part, it maybe that your Strava settings are on private and I’d need to follow you individually to see your walks – just drop me an email before 16th if that’s the case and we’ll get it sorted.

Really enjoyed the challenge Emma! It really pushed me to get out walking, even on the days when I would have much rather stayed indoors! It's amazing how just a 20 minute walk can boost your energy!
