Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s webinar, where we introduced the changes to Annual Leave and the introduction of our new ‘Values Day’ coming into effect this month!

To recap, and for those who couldn’t make it…

Annual leave

• We will be increasing Annual Leave entitlement by 1 day – our new offering will start at 23 days leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day for every year of service up to a maximum of 29 days
• We will ensure that this additional days leave is updated on Bob

Values Day

• Be the Change day will be replaced with ‘Values Day’ - one day per year to actively live by our values in a way that suits you!
• For example use your day to give back by volunteering for our Charity Partner (Be Big-Hearted) or do something positive for your mental health, such as meditation or a hobby that makes you smile (Be Happy)!
• We have put together a guidance document (see below)
• Remember to book your Value’s Day off on Bob: it has been added as a new category under the ‘time off’ section
• Your Values Day renews each April like yourholiday entitlement. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to carry over unusedValues Day’s so be sure to get organising yours!
