Get Involved in Developing Training Content
Amanda
Quality and Training Manager

Why am I reaching out to you?
As many of you will know, I have started speaking with teams about the topics they would like more information on to support them in being effective in their roles. From these discussions I have a preliminary list of topics all relating to health. Why am I reaching out to you? I know we have many individuals across Thrive Tribe who have a passion for particular areas of health, and are subject matter experts.
What topics do you need?
I am sure this list is going to grow as I meet with more teams, but for now I have 12 different health related topics ranging from metabolic syndrome to men and women's health.
I would like to get involved
If you are interested in developing content, then please click on the link below which will provide you with the full list. Simply select the topic(s) you are interested in and I will reach out to you. If the topic you are passionate about is not listed, then there is an option to put this topic forward.
I'm not very creative, can I still get involved?
Absolutely! You won't need to create the SWAY that will house the learning content. The information can be written in a word or PowerPoint doc which will allow you to include links, research, videos, images etc. that you think should be included within the training. I will take this information and upload it into a SWAY document and brand it with TT colours.
I would like to get involved but have limited capacity
Please still fill in the survey below with the topic(s) you are interested in. If I have more than one person interested in a topic, then you will have the opportunity to co-produce the content, reducing the amount of time required.
Development Opportunity
If you're interested in training, this is a great opportunity to get involved. Have a conversation with your line manager about how you’d like to contribute, and work together to understand what capacity you have.
