Planning for ThriveFest is well under way and we're very excited! To make sure everything runs smoothly, we do need to know who is attending, whether you need accommodation and whether you have any special requirements. We also need to know if you're unable to attend, although please discuss this with your line manager before completing the form.

Please let us know here by Friday 2nd July 2021. This is for everyone to complete regardless of whether you're attending. The more information we have, the better we can plan this event and future events.
