This Week's Quick Win - Water Butt

Emma Adkins
Head of Internal Communication

If you have a garden you'll know that the summer months can mean regularly having to water the grass and plants. Water resources in the UK are under pressure from climate change and population growth. Gardeners should therefore use mains water as sparingly as they can. Rainwater can be collected in a water butt and stored until needed. There are plenty of affordable water butts on the market and you'll save money by using less mains water. More information on collecting, storing and re-using rain water can be found here.
