Adult Weight Management Practitioner – One You Lincolnshire

We’re looking for a passionate and hard working Adult Weight Management Practitioner to join our One You Lincolnshire service. Since July 2019, One You Lincolnshire has also offered clients support in Smoking Cessation, Alcohol Reduction, Physical Activity and Health Coaching. This role forms part of the Eat Well, Lose Weight pathway. You will be responsible for delivering our evidence-based ‘Lose weight with ONE YOU Lincolnshire’ programme to local residents via face-to-face and virtual formats, which focus on diet, nutrition, physical activity, behaviour change and psychological support.

Triage and Support Officer - One You Lincolnshire

We’re looking for a full-time Triage and Support Officer (fixed term until June 2022) to join our One You Lincolnshire service. As a Triage and Support Officer your role will be to ensure that our clients have the best possible experience, by providing administrative support to our operational team and delivering a programme of calls to clients to assess their satisfaction with the service.
