Due to a increase in referrals coming in from Primary Care, we are looking for some helpers that could offer up a couple of hours a week to help process these referrals.

The role is flexible, and you can offer as much or little time as you can. The role would involve making contact with clients over the telephone and completing the self referral form on our website. Due to the nature of the role, we are asking that the additional hours you offer fall within 8am-7pm. This opportunity could suit either a part time, or full time employee who is looking for some additional paid work. 

Although experience of a client facing role is not essential, you would need to have a professional telephone manner and feel comfortable collecting personal data.
