Last week, most of the People Experience team attending an exclusive conference, hosted at The University of Cambridge named Speak To The Human. The focus of the day was to explore and share different workplace cultures and then investigate how to 'speak to the human' and help foster a sense of belonging. Right up the People Experience team's street!

The day was a fantastic one, sharing the conference with other medium and large business from around the world, experiencing what approaches they've adopted for culture, and proudly sharing what we do too.
