New Learning Pathways

As many of you will be aware, I am in the process of creating learning pathways for each of the specialist areas across Thrive Tribe. I have been slowly going around, joining team meetings to understand what resources, knowledge and skills you think are important and should be included in each pathway to help you be most effective in your roles.

Smoking Cessation - a chance to get involved

Firstly, a big thank you to all the stop smoking teams for providing your thoughts and ideas. I now have a comprehensive list of topics that you feel are important and should be included in the pathway. This is where I need your help - if anyone is keen to get involved in doing some research and writing content on specific topics, then I would love to hear from you. You don't need to be an expert already, just enthusiasm and a thirst to learn more. If you are interested, then please complete the form below - it already contains a list of topics to choose from as well as an option to put forward anything that is not currently listed.

When will I hear from you?

I'll leave the expression of interest form open until the end of the May; I'll then reach out to those who have completed it to discuss their chosen topic. I appreciate everyone is super busy; there is no pressure or time-line to complete a topic. I would recommend, if you know your capacity is limited to have a talk with your line manager.
