Be Kind to Yourself

As you know, our theme for February has been kindness, with last week being Random Acts of Kindness Week. It's important, however, to ensure you're also being kind to yourself as well as to others. So, let's focus this last week of February on self-care!
Here are some questions to ask yourself this week:
How do I feel at this moment?
What makes me happiest?
What am I thankful for?
What am I putting off?
What is making me feel down?
What do I love about me?
Do I follow the advice I give to others?
What new activities do I want to try?
Am I making time to be social?
Do I have enough quiet time?
Taking the time to give these questions some thought will help you gain a new perspective on things, embrace the positives and address anything that is not so positive. You'll also be able to identify where you may need a little extra support. If you feel you're struggling in any way, don't forget that you can speak to your manager who can offer you support and can complete a Wellbeing Action Plan with you. They can also discuss with you how to utilise our flexible working principles to suit your individual circumstances and your role.
