About the course

This qualification is for anyone that is interested in helping others develop a healthier lifestyle by addressing alcohol misuse. It focuses on factors that result in people misusing alcohol, understanding the social and personal consequences of alcohol misuse and knowledge of how to help and support individuals.

Course work

The course is delivered online and all participants complete a workbook for marking. The workbook can be completed during the training and you have up to a week following the training day to complete and submit your workbook. Anyone that does not submit their workbook in time will unfortunately not pass the course.
