Returning to face to face delivery...

Rosie
Head of People
We’re gradually transitioning to a hybrid way of delivering our services, through a combination of face to face and remote delivery. To support you in this, we’ve recently held a couple of workshops with staff about returning to face to face delivery, whilst still being mindful of any relevant safety measures for COVID-19 – the slides from this can be found here. If anyone has any particular queries, please do speak with your team lead and Head of Service who will be able to support you.
We’ve also updated our COVID-19 safety principles to reflect how staff should be delivering our face to face programmes and put together a quick checklist to support you in preparing and delivering these safely. Essentially we are sticking with wearing PPE for any indoor sessions, and continuing to follow COVID-19 safety measures in line with the current NHS guidance.
Don’t forget to liaise with your support teams to ensure you have the ‘Keeping You Safe’ posters available for your sessions and that the e-version of these are included in your client invitations. All these resources can be found in the teams file here.
As Tim communicated on Thursday's webinar, we will also be lifting the capacity restrictions at all TT offices from Monday 1st November. Great news for the many of us that have missed working with all our colleagues! Therefore, you will no longer have to request office working through BOB from this date and the flexible working principles will apply. We have implemented controls to ensure all our offices are safe to return to, including consulting with you on Health, Wellbeing and Safety matters and reviewing office risk assessments.
Please note to reflect the return to office October 2021 will be the last month you will be able to claim the working from home allowance (of up to £26.25).This temporary supplement has been in place for over a year now and has hopefully aided you whilst working from home due to the pandemic. As always if you have any queries regarding returning to the office, please ask you line manager.
