Today marks the start of Random Acts of Kindness Week with Thursday being Random Acts of Kindness Day.
Did you know that if you perform one act of kindness a day, it helps to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, making you (and the person you've helped) feel calmer, happier and healthier - here's a great little video you can watch to find out more.

Mon – Write a positive review/endorsement on the Linked-in profile of a colleague
Tue – Bake something tasty to share with colleagues or friends
Wed –Recognise someone of Lifeworks
Thurs – Whilst out walking, pick up some litter that you see on the floor and put it in a bin
Fri – Offer to help a colleague with something they are working on
