As part of our ongoing desire to always provide the best level of benefits possible to our team, and following reviewing our benefits survey results - we have some super exciting changes to benefits package! From September 2025 we'll be ceasing our partnerships with both Sanctus & TELUS Health.
Whilst both Sanctus and TELUS Health are both fantastic support mechanisms that we've enjoyed having access to for 6 and 12 years respectively, these programmes are no longer providing the level of wellbeing support that we want to offer our team. We're delighted to announce that we will be replacing the services provided from both with our new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Health Assured.

Some of the incredible benefits that you can expect to be available to you by us partnering with Health Assured are:

Unlike Sanctus's Life Coaching session, which are capped at 10 sessions per month, across the whole company, Health Assured offers all of the above wellbeing benefits, but on an individual basis! That means each of our permanent team members can expect all of the above, individually available per year! That is a a lot more wellbeing support available to everyone!
In addition to this wonderful level of wellbeing support available, Health Assured also have an individual wellbeing portal called Wisdom. This is available both online and as an app. A quick preview of this looks like:

Also, Health Assured offers a range of discounts available to everyone, which is provided by Bright Exchange.

Here is a summary of the timelines moving forward:
• Our partnership ends with Sanctus on 9th August 2025. A few appointments available during August.
• Our partnership ends with TELUS on 30th September 2025. Users will have an additional 30days from the date of termination to withdraw any remaining benefits from your wallet.
• Values based colleague recognition on BOB
• Health Assured will demo on 10amThursday 21st August 2025.
•Based on the feedback and suggested received from our Benefits Survey we are currently still exploring the feasibility of additional people benefits too.
