As you may be aware, the Employee Experience team have been working on a widescale review of the way we structure reward at Thrive Tribe including our pay zones and the benefits we offer.

This project has been moving forward positively over the last few months and we will be taking the proposed new structure to all managers during our next Tribal Gathering meeting on 26th April, to be followed by an all-staff webinar in early May.

Increases to pay under the new structure will be actioned from your May salary onwards, so watch this space for more updates and how these changes will affect you 😀
