We’re looking for a Partnership and Triage Officer to work on promoting NHS health checks in Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea.

This role will support people in accessing and booking in NHS health checks at their local GP surgery. The post-holder will be working closely alongside the Council’s Health Checks lead to encourage people to obtain a Health Check, predominantly focusing on engaging with the BME community and identifying barriers which prevent people from booking or attending an appointment.
