What might your typical day look like?
β
- Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values!
β - Provide line management to a team of 11 Stop Smoking practitioners, working together to innovate and support clients.
β - Support Stop Smoking delivery through the Gloji Smokefree and Sub-contracted network.
β - Working with partner organisations and colleagues in Primary and Secondary care to maintain client uptake and meet targets.
β - Work towards targets, reflect and plan for areas that require improvement and be a driven lifelong learner in the field of Stop Smoking.
β - Develop and deliver updates and reports for wider team and Commissioners.
β - Responsible for ordering and stock control of NRT/consumables to meet contracted requirements.
β - Monitor outcomes and performance to deliver on contracted KPIs.
β - Ensure an excellent and safe experience for residents using our policies and procedures.
β - Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments β weβre always looking to share knowledge and resources!
β - Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.

Role details and how to apply?

Contract:Β Permanent Contract, Full time 37.5 hours (Please note the current OYL contract ends June 2025).
β
Salary:Β Starting at Β£30,000 per year
β
