One You Lincolnshire are now two weeks into their latest teambuilding challenge - Race Across The Wolds! Inspired by Race Across the World, this activity involves teams of One You Lincolnshire staff travelling (locally) to iconic landmarks across the county. Each team will receive a new mystery location once someone from that team submits a photo from the last one – it's a location-based relay with a prize for the winning team!

Being organised by the teams 'Social Champions' Group, everybody taking part seems to be having an amazing time, building team memories and exploring the beautiful rural sites of Lincolnshire!
