OYES Head of Service Update

We had our OYES Head of Service interviews last Wednesday. Andy and I were ridiculously impressed with the quality of interviews; we're truly blessed with exceptional talent and potential amongst our colleagues!

Following a highly competitive process, I'd like to announce, Dan Ford was successful. Huge congratulations to Dan! After 13 years working for Thrive Tribe in a number of different roles, Dan will bring a wealth of experience to this role. We're confident the team will all continue to flourish, grow and thrive under Dan's leadership, as we embark on this incredibly exciting next chapter of the service!
