At our recent service overview, we were delighted to present Sam with our 'Be Effective' award for the last quarter.  Sam received numerous nominations, fully deserving of the recognition from his peers, for the work he puts in for OYES.  Here’s some of the reasons why the team nominated Sam:

"Sam is a very popular and well-respected member of the team,that’s been mixing his responsibilities with OYES, alongside providing fantastic support for the NDPP contract in Cornwall, a job he’s been doing with great efficiency and success.  Finally, as a great team player, he’s also there to help support the wider OYES team and cover events at the drop of the hat".

"Sam always asks after everyone, always asks how everyone else is doing, always listens sincerely and genuinely and always has a positive attitude. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, he deserves to know that he’s a good egg!"
