The One You Surrey team recently gathered for their first all-team meeting of 2023 to celebrate all the previous year’s accomplishments, set new goals and look ahead to 2023/24 - and what a gathering it was! Some absolutely incredible results achieved over the last years operations! 🎉🥳 It was also a chance to get to know a new team member, Matt, who joined the service as a Stop Smoking Advisor and Triage and Support Officer – welcome Matt once again!

Here are just a few of the highlights from One You Surrey over the last year:

• Stop Smoking Service set 2534 quit dates, 1538 quit smoking with a 62% quit rate – a new PB within the service. 71% of 12-week quits were from a priority group – smashing their KPI of 50%!

• Adult Weight Management achieved 2003 starters across 5 programmes, with 57% of Gloji Groups participants achieving 3% weight loss and 30% achieving 5% weight loss.

• NHS Health Check team delivered 1728 checks

‍

• Healthy Heart team provided 431 BP and AF checks in and around Guildford, with 36% of reading requiring follow up with their GP and 48% being referred for NHS Health Check
