At One You Lincolnshire, we’ve just launched our next Physical Activity challenge for June called The 100 challenge!
Ultimately, it is about encouraging people to set themselves a realistic goal to aim to achieve each day during the month. This could be something relatively small like aiming to do 100 extra steps every day, or something slightly bigger like running/cycling/walking 100 km during the month. Get involved yourselves, or share with friends, family and clients!
