It's been a few weeks since we announced that we had won the opportunity to deliver the Nottingham's Integrated Wellness Service, so we thought that we'd give you a little update as to how the mobilisation is going.

Here is a quick summary of what we've been up to over the last few weeks:

• We've met with Nottingham commissioners multiple times, developing the service model and further building our partnership with them.
  ‍
• The Marketing & Design team have been busy developing a range of potential service names and logos following consultations with a range of service users across Nottingham. We can't wait to share the final brand with you all.
  ‍
• The People's team have been creating the job descriptions for the new roles, promoting these and supporting the recruitment process. Our hiring panels have been created and applications have started to be assessed and shortlisted. Various onboarding requirements have been started, allowing a smooth onboarding of the new starters in April.

• The recruitment days have been booked, with the schedules for the various elements created and planned for later in February.  
  ‍
• The finance team have started created the many alterations to our finance processes allowing our systems to accommodate our new starters and course codes.
  ‍
• The data and digital teams have started exploring the system requirements and aligning these so that they can report on the various elements we'll need to for our Nottingham contract.
  ‍
• Many of our people have started reaching out to many partners across Nottinghamshire, building relationships and understanding about what we'll be delivering to residents of Nottingham City.
  ‍
• Possible office bases in Nottingham have been explored and viewed, ensuring the new team have a great base to call home.
