Just a quick one to let you all know that we have been working away on creating some new Thrive tribe guides that will be ready for release very soon! These new guides will include:

• A totally revamped Tribe Guide - to be shared with staff and applications when applying to join Thrive Tribe.
• A brand new Bank-staff Tribe Guide - for anybody who joins the team on a Bank basis.
• A brand new Hire Guide for hiring managers to support them, and standardise recruitment for Thrive Tribe.
• A brand new Induction Guide to support hiring managers plan and execute a super awesome Thrive Tribe induction.

Watch Totem for when these are released and be sure to give us any feedback on these once they are released.
