Mental health challenges is increasing. A staggering 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem within the year and within England 1 in 6 people report a common mental health condition such as anxiety or depression on a weekly basis. With the pandemic and the cost of living crisis affecting the most vulnerable, the skills you learn on this course are extremely important.
Mental health first aid (MHFA) is designed to teach you how to identify, understand and help a person who may be experiencing mental health challenges. You will learn how to recognise those crucial warning signs of mental ill health.
We have a new online course available that will be delivered over four afternoons:
