Health Coach – One You East Sussex‍

We’re looking for four full-time Health Coach's to join our OYES service, one of which will have main duties on our mobile outreach vehicle! One You East Sussex provides high quality and evidenced based information, advice, and interventions to help people change unhealthy behaviours. The Health Coach team spearhead our frontline work by offering holistic healthy lifestyle assessments. As a Health Coach you will support people to go on to be smoke free, move more, drink less and eat more healthily.‍
