We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven Health Check Practitioner to join our brand-new service in Devon. Are you passionate about helping residents with serious mental illnesses to improve their health?

You will be responsible for the delivery of Physical Health Checks for patients living with mental illnesses predominantly in Exeter to promote health and prevent long-term health conditions. This is a great opportunity to help people improve their health through the delivery of Health Checks and provision of motivational lifestyle advice!
