Triage and Support Officer - Full-time

We’re looking for a Triage and Support Officer to join our ONE YOU Surrey Service. ONE YOU Surrey provides high quality and evidenced based information, advice, and interventions to help people change unhealthy behaviours. We run courses in Adult Weight Management and Smoking Cessation as well as offering NHS Health Checks to the eligible population.

As a Triage and Support Officer you will provide administrative support to operational teams, ensure that clients have the best customer experience and that all data is accurately recorded on the system!
