Business Support Manager – Achieve Oxfordshire

We have an exciting opportunity for an adaptable Business Support Manager to lead our new Triage and Support team within Achieve Oxfordshire and act as the first contact for clients.

The Triage and Support team conduct baseline assessments with clients by telephone that will establish the support we provide before booking clinics where Heath Coaches conduct a Holistic Lifestyle Assessment. They also support the service with other key functions including facilities management, finance, ordering, health and safety and other support for field-based teams. You will use your excellent communication skills to continue strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders, whilst working closely with your team to promote and provide a high-quality telephone-based services.

Healthy Lifestyle Support Team Administrator, full time – Achieve Oxfordshire

We’re looking for a Healthy Lifestyle Support Team Administrator to join our Achieve Oxfordshire service.  As a Healthy Lifestyle Support Team Administrator you will be supporting clients to make choices around healthy lifestyle referral options and guide them through motivational interviews so they can choose the programme that’s best for them. As well as working collaboratively with the team and partners to innovate service provision, create referral routes and meet targets.
