We’re looking for a Healthy Lifestyle Support Team Administrator to join our Achieve Oxfordshire service.  As a Healthy Lifestyle Support Team Administrator you will be supporting clients to make choices around healthy lifestyle referral options and guide them through motivational interviews so they can choose the programme that’s best for them. As well as working collaboratively with the team and partners to innovate service provision, create referral routes and meet targets.

We’re looking for a Referral Generation Officer to join our One You Lincolnshire service. One You Lincolnshire deliver an integrated healthy lifestyle service to Lincolnshire residents; go smoke free, lose weight, move more and drink less. This role will be working with hard to reach communities across Lincolnshire and implementing our digital marketing.
