βThe purpose of a Delivery Coordinator is to improve lives, through coordinating delivery of our NDPP programme, which empowers people to make effective long-term changes that halt or reverse the progression of Type 2 Diabetes. This is achieved through organising the local delivery of our quality programme which provides evidence-based information, supporting individuals to improve their health, lose weight and ultimately lower their risk of developing diabetes.
