A couple updates from your People Experience team.

You might be aware that National Living Wage will increase from £10.42 to £11.44 an hour from April 2024, which will apply to employees aged 21 or over. Please note that as of 1st April Thrive Tribe pay zones will be adjusted and exceed the National Living Wage of £22,308 for 37.5 hours per week. You might already notice this increase in current job advertisements for internal roles which start from April.

Also you may notice, through internal communications, changes to the job titles of some of our central team. These changes are to synchronise titles, reflect duties and the developing organisational structure of Thrive Tribe, as a result of our ongoing growth.
