With one major update to it: our contractual maternity pay will now have a minimum tenure at Thrive Tribe of 6 months, instead of the previous 1 year tenure period.

This means that you will only need to have worked at Thrive Tribe for 6 months to receive this enhanced offer, rather than the previous 12 months 😊.
