It’s a very exciting time for Thrive Tribe as we continue to work towards our mission to improve lives and empower over 1 million people to thrive. We’re growing quickly and we’ve recently developed an Internal Communication function within Thrive Tribe, aimed at improving communications so that our people feel informed, connected, purposeful, valued and inspired by our mission.

But to ensure this function is as effective as possible, we’d love support at a local level to facilitate the flow of communications, and to ensure it works both ways. We don’t simply want to give information out, we’d like to fully engage with our people.

We're looking for a number of Local Communication Leads who are able to volunteer some of their time to be our key link to our people. Not only will you become an influential and well-connected team member, you'll also learn new transferrable skills that will benefit you in your day-to-day role.
