With the continued operational issues with LITMOS, we have made the difficult decision to cease using this platform.

‍

We are looking at the best replacement options available for a longer-term solution for team members to access high quality, up-to-date training modules that best suit our company needs. Realistically though this replacement platform will be launched next year. In the meantime, we are planning that for any mandatory training that team members might need to undertake that we utilise our other training platform – e-LFH.

Amanda and the training team have reviewed the available training on e-LFH, and we are able to fulfil our mandatory training requirements by completing the following course titles:

‍

• Health, safety, and welfare – level 1
• Fire safety – level 1
• Equality, diversity and human rights – level 1
• Moving and Handling – level 1
• Data awareness
• Oliver McGowan learning disability and autism
• Safeguarding children level 1 AND Safeguarding children and young people – level 2
• Safeguarding adults level 1 AND Level 2

There are then also 2 role specific courses that we are able to utilise, if applicable to your role, these are:

• Safeguarding children – level 3
• Infection prevention and control
  ‍

We’d like for any new starters currently enrolled and undertaking LITMOS training courses to complete these by December 1st 2024. For any new starters that join us after November 20th we’ll automatically enrol these new starters on the e-LFH platform only, completing the above training courses.

Any current staff needing to renew training courses, we’ll move over to completing the above training courses on e-LFH's platform from December 1st 2024.
