On Thursday 3November, One You Lincolnshire were thrilled to sponsor the Active Change award at the annual Lincolnshire Sport and Physical Activity Award evening (#LSPAA).

All three finalists for this category were clients that have been supported by a OYL programme over the past 12 months, so we were guaranteed a winner on the night! All three of the finalists would have been very worthy winners and we were thrilled that they had been short-listed. It was fantastic to hear how physical activity has had such a positive impact on their health and wellbeing! The winner on the night won the award for his fantastic achievements with Man v Fat Football, at the Lincoln league! 👏 

In additional to this, Hannah Green, one of our OYL Health Coaches, won the innovation award for her Dance Free community interest company!  Congratulations Hannah, this is an amazing achievement!
