As Tim mentioned in yesterday's webinar, I am launching a short survey to understand how we manage and support our teams from the perspective of those within the team. This is an opportunity for us to see what areas we are doing well and where there is opportunity to improve, across all levels of Thrive Tribe, from front line staff to senior leadership.
Why are we running this survey?
We are in the process of creating our own leadership development programme. We will be working with our leaders to help shape the content covered and how it will be delivered over the coming months. The survey is an opportunity to gain some high level, base-line data to guide us where we should focus our efforts, as well as a providing a way to measure the impact of any future development programme. Your views are key in helping us shape future leadership development and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
About the survey
The survey is completely anonymous and there are no text responses. All questions are asking for a scale response from strongly agree to strongly disagree.
When answering the survey, please answer the questions based on your current line manager and not past management.
