In 2023 we launched our very own, purpose build, Leadership & Development Programme for our current leaders across Thrive Tribe! It's open to all who have official line management responsibilities of our people. Well, on January 11th, this programme saw our leaders undertake their first group session and recap on some of the Disruptive Leaders material they've been completing over the last 3 months.

Focusing on 'you and your skills', this session saw our leaders reflecting on their skill sets and learning new ideas around highlighting skills within the people they lead. As part of the programme, all leaders then have a peer reflection session to share ideas and collaboratively support fellow leaders across Thrive Tribe.

One of our leaders in attendance said "Thanks so much Rosie! A great first session!". With lots of fantastic ideas and experiences shared across the group! A huge well done to all leaders who have completed the first episode, and thank you to all of you for the wonderful knowledge and support within the Peer Reflection groups.
