Mental Health Weight Management Specialist β Norfolk/Achieve Oxfordshire

We are looking for a fixed term Mental Health Weight Management Specialist to spearhead an exciting and innovative mental health partnership project, launching within our Norfolk and Oxfordshire services.
β
The aim of our new partnership project is to ensure that weight management services are easily accessible to residents living with serious mental health issues, who can often be under-represented in health provision.
β
This position is available both in Norfolk, and Oxfordshire.

Engagement Officer β Achieve Oxfordshire

Weβre looking for an Engagement Officer to join our Achieve Oxfordshire service. Achieve Oxfordshire is the weight management service for the county, offering a choice of WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers), Slimming World, Man v Fat Football, Man v Fat Challenge and our internal programme, Lose Weight with Achieve.

As an engagement officer you will be contributing to the marketing of Achieve, as well as establishing effective ad reliable referral relationships with the local community and health partners. We are also developing and delivering exciting pilot programmes to support families and communities in areas of deprivation and from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic groups.

Weβre looking for a Referral Generation Officer to join our One You Lincolnshire service! One You Lincolnshire provides an integrated healthy lifestyle service to residents in Lincolnshire; go smoke free, lose weight, move more and drink less.

As a Referral Generation Officer, you will be forming relationships with community groups and attending community outreach events to ensure strong referral routes in to the service, as well as taking the lead on the marketing of One You Lincolnshire.
