As some of you may be aware, for the past few months the Employee Experience team have been looking for an alternative Applicant Tracking System to Workable. We’re pleased to say that we have now signed a contract with a new provider called Teamtailor!

This move should make recruitment a much more pleasurable experience for you all moving forward, and generate more candidates for our vacancies 🎉

We will be going live with Teamtailor (including a new careers page!) on Tuesday 19th April.

We will continue to have access to Workable until 7th May, however we will not be posting any new jobs on the platform from now onwards so I would be grateful if you could contact me if you have a need to advertise a vacancy over the coming weeks.

We plan to hold a training session on using Teamtailor at our next Tribal Gathering session on 26th April. Updates to the Hire Guide will follow in early May! 

For those of you that currently have open jobs on Workable (both Published and Used Internally), could you please ensure over the next few weeks that these positions are closed, any applicants moved through to the relevant stages of the pipeline (e.g. Hired to get their profiles created on Bob) and archived.
