International Women’s Day is an annual celebration to showcase commitment to women’s equality, celebrate achievements and raise awareness. This year’s official theme is #BreakTheBias, a call-to-action to recognise that bias (whether deliberate or unconscious) makes it difficult for women to move ahead and work needs to be done to level the playing field.

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we wanted to reshare with you our Women in Leadership webinar which we ran last October – during this session we discussed all things ‘women in business’ guided by Heather (Head of Product and Marketing) and Jackie’s (Clinical and Quality Lead) experiences, and broke down some of challenges faced by females who want to progress in their careers and how we can overcome these.
