Dave

Following the significant growth across Thrive Tribe, there's now a really exciting opportunity to be the Head of Service for One You East Sussex, our integrated health and wellbeing programme in the South East, recently re-awarded for up to another 6 years!

As Head of Service, you will lead our talented team to deliver exceptional programmes and to develop vibrant, effective partnerships. You will be responsible for delivering agreed contractual targets, providing high quality reports to our commissioners, improve the standards of service for our clients, providing our teams with exceptional employee experience and for developing long lasting relationships with a range of stakeholders and commissioners. Does this sounds like this could be you? If so, we'd love to chat with you - why not reach out for an informal call with Dave Griffiths and find out more.

A typical day as a Head of Service for One You East Sussex might include:

  • Leading your team to maintain the ethos and success of Thrive Tribe by managing relationships within your team, stakeholders, commissioners, and clients in line with the organisation’s culture and values.
  • Working with our employee experience team to grow our great culture, engagement and moments that matter for our people. Providing strategical leadership for the contract to ensure we deliver contractual targets.
  • Developing pathway leader’s capabilities to ensure they deliver exceptional operational leadership, talent management and establish a succession programme that underpins growth and success.
  • Promote Thrive Tribe’s entire portfolio of digital, remote and face to face products to deliver client led programmes.
  • Creating service budgets, delivering full P & L expectations, devolving budgetary responsibility to your Pathway Leads.
  • Working with Thrive Tribe’s Business Development Manager on the formation of national and regional tenders.
  • Representing Thrive Tribe on Public Health Strategic Groups within your regions

Please see the attached advert for more details on this role. The closing date for this role is February 2nd 2024.
