Data Security Awarness

Each year Thrive Tribe must complete a data security toolkit as part of our commissioning contracts and for this we must show everyone is completing their Data Security Awareness training on eLfH. This training is completed on an annual basis and covers information governance and data security. If you have not completed this training within the 10-12 months, please login to eLfH and complete this training.

Record Management

Another aspect of the data security awareness is ensuring everyone is familiar with record management processes. Having good knowledge of record management best practice ensures records are accurate, reliable and can be retrieved efficiently when required. Our IG policy located on Bob > Docs > Company Docs > Policies (link below) has been updated with everything you need to know about record management. Please visit the IG policy and refer to section 30 to familiarise yourself.
