How to use your Be the Change Day

We introduced the Be the Change Day a few years ago to give us all a day to focus on our own wellbeing. It's an extra day off every year for you to take part in a physical activity of your choosing with a group of 4 or more colleagues. You can also claim up to £25pp in expenses for your day, such as travel or the cost of the activity. So if you haven't taken your 2021 Be the Change Day yet, why not get a group together and book your day off via Bob?
You could go for something simple like a countryside walk, or learn a new skill such as kayaking. If you'd like to do something inspiring with your day, why not do something to enhance your local environment such as a litter pick or volunteering with a local organisation. Either way, the day should be something that supports your own physical and emotional wellbeing and helps you connect with your colleagues. We'd love to see your photos so please share on Lifeworks.
